Apparently nobody on staff can cut any child’s hair under the age 7. One says none under 8. Everyone walks out with the same haircut so I can’t see why it’s so hard! Same guy that cut my sons ( 6 yr old) hair last time randomly can’t do kids now. My son was good and calm. So annoying!!!

There call ahead system with pencil and paper is from the dark ages. Spend $15 bucks and cut your own hair because it will end up looking the same.
