This place is heaven on earth!I went in for the first time ever and Jasmine made me feel right at home and comfortable to do a sauna and float for the first time. I had never felt so relaxed and grounded before. It was an incredible way to reset and find stillness in a busy season. As a professional ballet dancer, it’s the best way to treat my muscles before/after performances! Will be coming back again!

I don’t often leave reviews but this place was incredible! I woke up on Sunday with a little hangxiety and for some reason, my hangovers always make me want to go to the spa. Of course there were zero openings for any spa downtown. I had always been curious about floating and love a sauna so I thought I would call to see if there was any way they had availability. They were so kind and managed fit me in. The team explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt very relaxed. The float was OMG incredible- I was in a dream like state the entire time, my muscles twitching me awake. The products available for use in the shower and post float are high quality and remind me of the 5 diamond spa I go to back home. 10/10 will be back. I was relaxed for the rest of the day, even more so than when I leave a the spa after massages and facials.

I have found that infrared sauna is one of the most important things I can do for my personal health. The Belle Meade studio is so peaceful and well-run, not to mention extremely clean. My sauna room is always ready and waiting for me when I get there for my appointment. Those details matter when you are looking to unwind, relax and recharge.

By far the best experience I have ever had! I suffer from chronic back and joint pain. This float process help relieve stress on my vertebra and joints. My hips feel better after the one hour session. I highly recommend this for anyone experiencing joint and muscle pain. It is such a cool experience. Well worth it all!

I have come to this studio & done the 40 minute sauna followed by a 40 minute float and I LOVE it every time! I can be in the worst mood or feeling not like myself, but by the time I leave the studio I feel like a new person! Not only are the services super relaxing and indulging, but they are also super CLEAN, which is an important factor to keep up with considering everything going on right now. The staff here is also so kind and do their best to make sure your time in the studio is nothing but perfect!
