We had wanted to try this location. I scheduled pedicures with my daughter on the business website for Sunday. We received confirmation emails and texts. 45 minutes before our appointment I get a random text that said “we aren’t open on Sundays” I wasn’t sure who it was from so asked. It was someone from this business saying they don’t have Sunday hours. I told her I scheduled on their system. All I got as a reply is “sorry ma’am”. No offer to reschedule, no explanation of the error on their end. Very poor first impression. We will find another spot to try.

I had a great experience at this nail spa. Tammy did a great job on my nails I got the dip powder for the first time and Pam did my pedicure. I got the volcano it was wonderful. I will definitely return.

They are. It as good as they use to be. They dont do cuticle care on your nails. And they don’t clean under your nails or excess glue or gel. Just have gotten really sloppy. And these pictures were taken 2 hours after completion.

Don’t go here. The first time my sister and I went I thought it was a great experience. I had someone fly in from out of town and I took them there. They didn’t remove they just wanted to Fill in – so they told me because my nails were darker I could not choose new nails that were lighter. I should’ve realized then something was a mess I’ve never had that happen. But I let them put a new set on. This was on Wednesday. On Thursday I took my friend to see the silos in Waco. I had two nails that had came off, very painfully, by Friday. My friend said you need to go back and get them to fix that you just paid for these nails. So I went in on Friday but they didn’t have time. I received a touchup job and was told by the owner to come back on Tuesday. I explained it will have to be late because I work and then have to drive here. She said that was fine. On Tuesday when I arrived she was not there and no one in her shop knew about it. I asked them to call her they said I would have to come back on Saturday. They put me down at 11 o’clock on Saturday but I was running late and nice enough to call. I called and asked them to move the appointment from 11 to 1130 and they would not. They then told me it was my fault because I didn’t come at 11 o’clock . The only time they offered me was 145 in the afternoon. No one should pay for their nails and have them coming off within two days. I cannot continue with these now so I have to go somewhere else to pay. When I asked for a refund they refuse

I love the people here and have been coming here to see Tam for the past 4 years. It’s like being at home. All the nail techs here are excellent and all the customers leave satisfied with their service. I always try a new deluxe pedicure when I come with a sugar scrub, hot rocks, and paraffin wax. I enjoy the company of all the nail technicians and we have great conversations with one another.
