Three of us came during the early morning hours- so the salon was not really busy. All 3 of us were seated right away- so I thought it would go well. My mistake… my technician never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, burned me with a hot rock and got up and left multiple times- barely massaging my legs or feet. After moving to the front, the nail tech continued to talk loudly to the tech next to him, slapped on the dip without buffing my nail beds smooth and then cut me when trying to file. My friend was also cut multiple times and the tech never stopped the service when he saw she was bleeding and told her she would be fine- to just wash her hands. Rude, unprofessional, unsanitary and extremely expensive for being treated poorly, I will definitely be filing a TDLR complaint.

i highly doubt the people who work here even have their license based off the work they do. what do you expect when you hire people who don’t even have the slightest clue of what they are doing? do you expect a good review? well that’s not what you’re getting here this is the TRUTH. according to this place, a coffin and a PERFECTLY EVEN SQUARE are the same shape. who knew?? also i think a 5 year old can manage to paint a finger nail rather than coating the whole finger. but not at pure. this is not a place to go if you want your nails painted, if you want your whole finger painted than i guess you hit the jackpot. took days and intense scrubbing to get the finger polish off my skin. i asked for a pink sparkle on each THUMB, but some how she thought every one of my 10 fingers was a thumb. previously had great experiences, but don’t hire people who aren’t trained and can’t paint nails any better than a toddler.
