Critical: QualityI have been going to this salon for years and within the last few months service and quality has declined. The nail technicians are skimping out on the full manicure process and pedicures are incredibly rushed. I religiously get dip powder manicures which used to last me almost a month. Recently the dip powder manicures chip after 2-3 days. I went back to get the nails fixed after spending $60 on them and the owner rushed through the process, didn’t remember to put a top coat on and then the whole manicure was completely chipped less than 7 days after getting it. I have been going to this salon for years and within the last few months service and quality has declined. The nail technicians are skimping out on the full manicure process and pedicures are incredibly rushed. I religiously get dip powder manicures which used to last me almost a month. Recently the dip powder manicures chip after 2-3 days. I went back to get the nails fixed after spending $60 on them and the owner rushed through the process, didn’t remember to put a top coat on and then the whole manicure was completely chipped less than 7 days after getting it. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience! Had a 10am appointment waited outside bc they weren’t ready until 10:10. Got in and they sat us down for pedicures then came up to us and said we didn’t have an appointment which we did. The water and towels were ice cold. Didn’t clean the dirt from nails just painted over. Told the owner about the cold water and he said “it’s bc you came for first appointment” we said well you should still have hot water and he said “then you come later in the day if you want hot water and towels”. Got in and they sat us down for pedicures then came up to us and said we didn’t have an appointment which we did. The water and towels were ice cold. Went here for a simple pedicure. Water and towel were freezing cold. Mentioned it to the owner and he stated it was bc we were the first customers (I understood that) then he proceeded to tell me I should have made an appointment later in the day. Critical: QualityThey offer $40 mani pedi and the moment you sit down in the chair they hassle you with a menu for more services, really push for massages. They spent no time soaking my feet, it’s going to Mc Donalds compared to a dining experience. I would prefer to pay double and get a professional service done the right way. Never will go back

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went last week the nail lady (Candy) gave me an attitude when I told her I respectfully didn’t like how she she made my nails. I was about to leave and pay for my nails not looking anything like the picture I showed her. Then I realised that I was paying her to do my nails and I wasn’t not gonna leave until I was happy with them. Thankfully another lady saw I was upset and did them for me again. My nails on my right hand looked nothing like my left hand. I went home and ended taking them off. It was my first and last time going there. I went last week the nail lady (Candy) gave me an attitude when I told her I respectfully didn’t like how she she made my nails. I was about to leave and pay for my nails not looking anything like the picture I showed her. Then I realised that I was paying her to do my nails and I wasn’t not gonna leave until I was happy with them. Thankfully another lady saw I was upset and did them for me again.
