They are really friendly and the laser removal worked really well for me. I had laser removal done for two other areas at two different clinics before I went to this one, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much hair was removed. AWFUL! Laser “hair removal” was a joke! Even with 2 “extra” treatments on top of my package, the area for hair removal still has hair. The staff admitted that because of not scheduling me with the same person, that this is why I was having problems. They allowed 2 extra visits, this time with the same staff. For my next visit they called and said I could not come in unless I bought another package. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that “he will not speak with you.” Wonderful business ethics…..

I tried to make an appointment with a groupon, which did not state anywhere that you had use all 6 treatments before the expiration, I was under the understanding that you had to start your treatment before the expiration date. I was spoken to in a condescending, disrespectful manner and hung up on. The manager is Tiffany, hopefully you do not have to deal with her.
