This establishment is awesome! From the moment you walk in, to the front desk associates who were very attentive and scheduled me a consult with NO wait time, it was absolutely GREAT! Now the consult, I told Jen my concerns, my MO when I came in was to get information on getting my microblading lasered off , she was very informative. I plan on scheduling my laser sessions in a few weeks. Now, my favorite part of the consult was my LIPS. I’ve gotten fillers done (by other professionals) throughout the years and they started to migrate, I was really tired of waiting to get them dissolved.. and I really just didn’t like how they looked anymore. Jen dissolved them(my upper lip) and within ONE day, I saw a huge difference, I mean HUGE , I feel like ME again! I can’t wait to come back and do my bottom lip! Thank you for such an incredible experience!

I love Meghan at ProMD in Columbia. I live in Olney, so this is a drive for me to get to Columbia. Its not a horrible drive but I have considered looking for a location closer to me but I just really love the staff, Meghan is great, we have conversations about lots of things and she is always telling me about new things to try. She does her job well. Really recommend and now with their new office its so much better!

I received Botox from this location and they were absolutely wonderful! It was my first time and they were very knowledgeable, walking me through each step of the process. They were also just overall very friendly and welcoming. They explained their royalty program to me without any pressure, which I ended up joining. They also did a great job of explaining aftercare to make the Botox last as long as possible. Definitely try them out 🙂

I had an awesome experience at ProMD Columbia. I had high hopes of finding a dermatologist who would work with me over time to get my skin to where I want it to be but after two very dismissive experiences with almost no consultation and a rush to get it done. Luckily I walked out and never made an appointment. When I reached out for an appointment, Gabby called me soon after and listen so kindly to my woes before scheduling me. I came in excited and knowing pretty much what I wanted to do and my consultant Kathy was so helpful discussing those items but also did exactly what I hoped, gave me suggestions for improvement based on her wealth of knowledge. We talked over all the different procedures and she was patient and helped me make a game plan… she gave such good advice and was so informative and kind. Meg did my injections and, though I had already most likely used up 5 diffrent people’s appointment times, she did not rush and did a wonderful job on my sculptra treatment. As expected, I see no results — they take place gradually over time — and I am still so happy. I feel like I found THE PLACE to get my skin where I want it to be and it is definitely ProMD in Columbia.

Avoid at all costs. Ruined my face for the last year+. Have been getting restalyne in my under eye for around 5 years and my normal injector was on Mat leave. HUGE MISTAKE. The injector hyped up something other than restalyne and I finally agreed. The pictures do the talking. This is over a year and my eyes are consistently puffy/over filled looking. It’s a truly awful experience. Ruined my face.

See previous photos. This establishment saw that they ruined my face and haven’t tried to rectify it. The injector was not skilled and injected WAY TOO MUCH filler and too superficially for the tear trough. It’s absolutely AWFUL. After a full year of trying to get a refund or the fillers dissolved, I give up. Avoid at all costs!!!
