Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment during the lockdown and obviously couldn’t get in right away. Life got busy and we forgot about our appointment, a lady called me asking if we were still coming in and when I apologized for forgetting and told her we no longer needed the appointment she got super rude and snotty! If you treat people like that over forgetting an appointment, which was an honest mistake, I’d not recommend you to anyone!!! Life got busy and we forgot about our appointment, a lady called me asking if we were still coming in and when I apologized for forgetting and told her we no longer needed the appointment she got super rude and snotty!
