Was passing through the area yesterday afternoon and needed a quick haircut before work. The stylist ( was her name Catharine(?)) did a really great job. I usually hate getting haircuts because I don’t like watching myself talk in the mirror but she was very pleasant and really helped my mood. Great haircut and great chat. Thanks again!

I’m was upset with my appointment today 3.30.19. I had an appointment at 8.30am and was a little late by 13 min. When I irrived, I was told by the front desk lady “are you Val, you are late go straight….”. I just went straight to where she instructed me. The hair dresser was nice and welcoming. After the my service, I went back to the front desk lady ( same lady who told I was late) to pay for service. I told her about how I felt when she said I was late. I explained that I was sorry but my first appointment here about a week ago, I ended waitIng for 40 min. She told Its not okay for them for customers to arrive late. That made me even more upset the fact that I had waited 40min and that’s okay the last time and arrived 10 min early too! She went on and on telling to come early and I should be aware that other customers have been scheduled after me. I understand that and I’m mindful of their time but the approach was not right. Just as they were late the last time, they also should have planned to have a 10min give and take on the set up planning of shchedulling customers.
