They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but only called an hour and a half before my appointment to let me know they don’t have hypoallergenic accommodations, yet have had the booking for a week. Then said hopefully I can get a refund. Clearly, they really don’t want to work with people who bought groupons. Which by the other posts, seems to be a growing theme. Now, the massage therapist is harassing me via text message!!! Stay away from these psychos!!!!

The message therapist was very rude and unproffesional. I bought three massage bundle package for this. When i went there the massage therapist denied that i booked three massages and when i tried to show her the confirmations i recieved from them she refused to see it and rudly went inside. I tried to ask for cancellation and rebooking but she arrogantly said “ well even if you do the message or not, i will still redeem your Groupon no matter if you dont want to do it. She was veryy apethic and rude. I had three two guest with me from out of town and she made me embarassed infront of them. I would highly discourage this place, you can easily find better places with decent staff in the price that she charge. Please save your time and embarressment.

I was about to reach this place 5 mins before my appointment but I could not find the place. I kept on looking for 25 mins. I called and texted her many times and she never responded. When I finally reached, she said I can;t take calls when I am in session. How can she be in another session when it was my booked time, and there was no one in the room off course. Then she took another 25 mins on the name of consultation by asking hundreds of unrelated questions like my family history. Then she said I will only get 40 mins of my one hour time as it got late. I never had more than couple of mins consultation for a Swedish massage. She kept on insisting to pay more for her deep tissue when I clearly said I need only Swedish message. To show off her deep tissue massage skills she only covered my back and didn’t message any other body part, when my booking was for whole body message and on consultation I mentioned back and leg messages . I will never go back there.

I wish i would have read the reviews before spending my money on a groupon. I showed up 10 minutes early and 10 minutes after my appt was supposed to start i get up to see if she is even there. I tried to see if the door was unlocked, which it wasnt. I attempt to call the number to see if she were running late. The little old lady rushes out of the door saying “can you read?” It says “do not knock” and points to another sign “massage in session.” For 1 i didnt knock i tried to see if anyone is even there 10 Min after my appt and for 2. That was 10 min into my session. No i wouldnt ever let her give me a massage and i would never recommend anyone going there. Read google and yelp reviews before spending a penny there.

She was almost 30 minutes late taking me back on my first massage- I have a special needs daughter and had issues with her and missed my second massage- she never called me to reschedule and I left her messages. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone!

Save your money and don’t get a mediocre massage while being told weird health care ideas. She pushes you to pay her more for a regular massage when it’s supposed to be included. We will never use her again.
