Devin is very unprofessional and slow. If you don’t mind waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment time and multiple stops during a haircut to make it last well over an hour, then he’s your guy. In that case, sit back in weed-smoked induced atmosphere and enjoy the calming voice of Kodak Black go through his catalog of family-friendly tracks while Devin moves at the pace of two snails racing. He’ll eventually get you or get upset when you walk out after waiting over an hour past your scheduled appointment.
