Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Nail techs put in quality time and effort to ensure services were exceptional. Took my mom for her second pedicure ever and she was smiling the whole time. Nail techs are A+++. Would recommend going there for a self care day for yourself or bring others too! Local gem for sure. Thank you so much, will forsure be repeat customers.

I’ve been going here for years, and usually they do an amazing job. But today I go in and my nail guy(not david) caused so much pain. I am bleeding in 3 different spots on 3 fingers and cut open the skin on the under side of my nail with the nail file and there is nail polish on me as well. just wanted to let you know, my pedicure was okay but the polish is all over the skin, the shape is so ugly, uneven and the polish sits so unattractive. Polish all over the skin. I would never go there in first place if i knew, and never would go again in future. wouldn’t recommend for pedicure.

Words cannot describe how happy I am with choosing to use Professional Nail Spa. I had walked in very nervous as I had just left my nail tech of 10+ years. Everything seemed ok but my left hand the nails were slightly shorter then the right.. also the ombré was more pink on the right hand vs the left hand which showed more white.. usually I’m happy but this time was OK.. I still paid and tipped good too. Also seemed rushed and I even had an appointment AND came like ten mins or so early.. Linda needs to be more gentle. Also I was never given any cuticle oil.. arm rest needs to be more comfortable instead of small box, no offense. Heading to a baby shower this weekend and wanted my mom and I to look nice and I didn’t appreciate her getting cut, mistakes happen I know but still. Grand total 95 and I had David and another guy who didn’t do much but I still was nice enough to tip him 5. I’ve been a longtime customer for years and hope for a better experience next time. Thank you
