I can’t believe a hair person was so rude to me. She texted me 2 minutes after the appointment says he went to a different salon she did my hair at the old salon on 5th Ave. So I told her I’ll be there in a few minutes she then told me about a strict 10 minute grace period policy which would have been ok I just got a last minute text she is at a different salon now. So I arrive at 6 after I mean 6 minutes!!! after she tells me she is mad at me for being late and I remembered she was 20 minutes late to our first appointment she just shrugged me off. She ignored me and walked un the back so ileft very heated I had to wake up early I barely slept because I was so excited to get my hair done. Nope mean people Things happen. You are the one who told me last Minturn tips a different salon and yes I did run a few minutes late but her attitude was very rude out of line and unpleasant.

Charlotte went out of her way to make sire my visit was limited. I miss understood the appointment and Charlotte called and I came at my scheduled time. Crystal was great! She did my nails and I am very pleased with them.
