First time there and the older Man there did a horrible sloppy job on my manicure , I could have had my 7 year old do this for me for free just generally not happy with the services and over priced for the bad job on my nails and personally didn’t like the vibe in there might not come back or try somewhere else Manicure

It was ok, me and my mom went here just to try it out. My mom got a pedicure and she only waited 10mins for them to seat her, I was a getting a full set of acrylics and it look about 20 mins for me to be seated. I had a photo reference that I showed the people but never cared to ask how much it was, but there were only 2 mail techs there and it took them around 2 hours to do my nails and like 2 and 30 mins to do my mom’s pedicure. Although it took a while, they were very friendly and charismatic, and I feel like my nail tech really tried his best to follow the photo reference. I love the way my nails turned out but the price is a little much, my ails ended up being $85! (I did get gel) but I didn’t think it would be so much because I called ahead of time and they told me it would be $40 for gel, my moms pedicure was also gel and she paid $35. (I included the reference photo and what I got)

came here for a manicure, i was asked to pay ahead of time as they were getting ready to close and “didnt want me to mess up my nails” i wanted a design and showed a picture, my nail tech did try very hard to get the design right as she probably painted about 6 coats of polish on my nails before i asked her to stop, she also cut me, and instead of just apologizing and cleaning it up, I KID YOU NOT, without saying a word, she took the tube of nail glue and GLUED MY SKIN BACK TOGETHER. SHE TOOK NAIL GLUE AND GLUED MY CUT CLOSED. after this i had been in the nail salon for an hour and a half already, it was an hour after closing time and she was still trying to add more and more coats of polish to my nails. i finally said i was done, only one hand painted, and asked for a refund since i was leaving unfinished. now i refuse to pay until the work is done. the manager argued with me for what felt like 15 mins about a refund, and finally she gave me $10 out of $50 back. for cutting me, closing my wound with nail glue, clumping 7 coats of nail polish on one hand, and not touching the other with any polish, paid them $40 for that. will NEVER EVER make the mistake of coming here again.

Stay away!!!!they don’t know what means a good customer service, except for the two Youngest guys who are very nice, the rest don’t know what they doing always in a rush . Also the Spa need to be cleaned up.

Its ok. Prices are annoying, since they charge for any little thing. I always do the same shape and didn’t do gel this time and still paid a lot. Also they never like to follow photo referenced.

I’ve been to many nail salons, and I have never been so unimpressed! I scheduled for three people, they only had seats for two; my friend got squirted with water when the faucet broke, they burnt my sister’s foot with a hot rock, and now my nails are already peeling three days after my manecure. They offered nothing for or troubles. I will never return to this nail salon.

The customer service is good. Unfortunately the quality of their work not so much! I had an older guy with glasses do my mani /pedi. He failed to paint the sides of my nails. I tried tell him he was missing color on the sides and he tried to get it but somehow just kept missing the same spots!!!! Which then caused the parts that were painted to be layered on too thick. He then failed horribly at properly cleaning the edges of my nails and underneath my tips. He left chunks of acrylic underneath, which I hate. Then he cut me twice and scuffed my ankle while scrubbing my feet during the pedicure, and he charged me $5 extra bucks for this scrub by the way. Then charged me a total of nearly 70 bucks for the whole fiasco. SMH. Never again.

There waxing station is discussing. The lady uses the same cotton to wipe down multiple customers. I notice the station as soon as I came in and notice she did not grab a new piece of cotton. Watch out on this place so dirty! . I uploaded a picture for a reference
