Got a gel manicure, very low quality and very rushed. Didn’t even last 1 week. My technician was messy and cut my finger; I had to ask her at the end if she would clean up the excess polish she had gotten all around my nails and at the edges of my fingers. Honestly, I paint my own nails much more neatly at home… but I wanted a nice gel mani for a special event. Not worth the $. Two of my nails’ polish completely peeled off while washing my hair six days after I got them. Photos are 6 days after my visit

Awful experience. Never been to such a rushed salon. My thumb looks like a white sticker. It’s so flat. This was extremely sloppy work. The acrylic is stuck to my skin and it won’t come apart. So painful. She didn’t even bother removing any cotton fuzz or the black/blue nail polish i had on before. Now it’s cemented into the acrylic. Never coming here again.

Disappointed in my experience here. The tech put too much polish on my nails and even after waiting several hours, it smudged because it was so thick. The rest of my nails looked fine but not great. Won’t be back. Manicure

I’m so upset because it’s the 4th of July and I came here to get white toes and it looks like a 13 year old did them after paying $110 very upsetting I don’t recommend this shop at all . Either the nail techs don’t care or are unexperienced , to top it off I had to file my own nails to get the requested shape simply square and sharp last after cutting me my 3rd toe was bleeding at that point I was about to not even get white polish what a bummer I appreciate the service on the holiday but I’d rather not had wasted my money . And time Just being honest

I went here yesterday. I called first thing in the morning for a appointment and they said they could take me. I went in and they acted as if I didn’t make a appointment. Then I got who I believe is the manager to do my pedicure. He was rude and nonchalant whole time. He never offered me anything to drink and he didn’t speak to me at all he would just use his hands to signal me if he needed to move my feet. Then as he’s doing my jail pedicure he slamming the light on my feet. I got no hot towel no lotion all he did was wipe my feet off and put oil on it. Then as I go to pay I’m told it’s $55 of course I’m not leaving him a tip because the service was horrible. The next morning I check my credit card and I’m charged $65 he gave himself his own tip without my signature.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. However, Customer service has declined along with quality of service. I usually tip generously but that appears to not be appreciated as the last two appointments the manager was dismissive and the new staff assigned for my mani/pedi did an awful job…as in I still had new calluses when I left and my nail color was not neatly applied. I was short on time so I just left instead of complaining to the already dismissive manager. Since then, I got my nails done elsewhere and received a completely superior experience – staff were consistently pleasant and professional as well as the quality of service was superb – no calluses and my nails were gorgeous.

Eastern Market Nails is fabulous and consistent in providing top of the line services! I go to Tina about once a month for dip polish and she is truly wonderful in both technique and manner. I highly recommend this business and won’t go anywhere else! Nail repair, Pedicure, Nail polish changes, Nail painting, Nail extensions, Manicure, Dip powder

I wanted to like this place, it has a nice chill ambiance and they provide wine so it was perfect at first. Then when it was time for my fill in the nail tech popped out her paper towel and pen and started to add additional fees for everything. $70 for a basic spa pedi with gel and $70 for a fill in with a basic dot design on each nail. That’s a rip off. I’ve never paid over $55 for a gel pedi or over $60 for a fill in with a design. These nail techs in here price gouge just to get more money when I was planning to tip well. All those extra charges are your tip. I won’t be returning. I’m not broke but I’m not paying more for services when I know it’s cheaper everywhere else.

This place is one of the more pricier shops that I’ve patronized & each time it wasn’t worth the money. The pics posted were a $90 gel fill-in.

Critical: Cleanliness, ValueMy appointment elsewhere fell through, so popped to the nearest place. This place is in a cute location with lots of people-watching but is not one to visit by choice. While I was appreciative of the closely-monitored glass of white wine (served in a champagne flute), the tech was quick to advise owner allows only one. She walks around constantly overseeing the techs and is quick to reinforce mask usage. I’m vaccinated and also want to feel comfortable and pampered at a salon. I was charged more than what is advertised via the website but still tipped 40%. It’s flighty and not as indulgent an experience as should be a nail salon. Won’t be returning but “Kay” did a good job with my nails. Did I file when I got home? Yes. Eh. The search continues.Service: Acrylic nailsMy appointment elsewhere fell through, so popped to the nearest place.
