I just had the best experience with Jackie! I like my nails to be thinner and Jackie didn’t fight me on it. Usually I am told they will break if I get them thin but I don’t like the look of thick nails. I love how they came out from the shape to the design it was exactly what I wanted! I had the best experience yesterday at Pro Nails. I don’t always get my nails done but when I do I always come here. The staff is always so friendly to me even if I don’t seem like a regular. They are super clean and efficient. I got the most beautiful red nails for my trip to Vegas. When I was checking out at the end the owner Paul even gave me a Christmas gift of vitamin e oil lotion for my hands. I 100% recommend!

My first experience there was at their last facility and can I just say how beautiful the new place is….. I’m so I love with it. Also their customer service is great. My first time Amy did my nails and I can honestly say I loved the way she did my nails they looked so natural… this time around she was busy so I went with the next available and I’m not upset but I’m not excited either. I’ve had great experiences here and have benne going for about 5 months to get my nails done. They are always willing to work you in and I love the flexibility to just show up wait to get my acrylics filled. Jackie and Natalie do a wonderful job with nail designs.
