Pro Nails & Hair is a professional nail and hair salon for men & women. We also have services for kids with special children’s spa chairs. We do manicures & pedicures, full set acrylic’s, silk, gel, ombre. We do fills, regular, pink and white and gel. Additional services are polish change, paraffin therapy, callus removal, nail repair. We have a full service hair salon with haircuts, blow dry, color, highlight, hot oil treatment, shampoo and blow dry and perms. We also do men’s cuts & color as well as children. Skin care services include waxing of eyebrows, lips, chin, face, under arm, bikini, Brazilian, full legs, half legs, half arms, full arms, back wax. Mini facials and deluxe facials. Eyelash extensions & eyebrow & eyelash tinting.

They did a very good job on my nails. It lasted for long. Their prices is market reasonable. As soon as you enter, front desk welcome their customers with a smile and take care of them quickly. No long waits. Yes, very welcoming, very professional. I personally been going to PRO nails for 5 years and won’t change. Manager is very professional and pleasant.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I felt so disappointed when I went to this nail salon. I had a pedicure and a manicure and the girls were very sweet. I’m not giving a bad review because of the professionalism but due to their products. I believe they use cheap polish that chips and doesn’t apply easily. It was clear it was very thick. In fact, I had to go in an hour plus to have them fix my nail because it was still mushy. Sorry Pho Nails invest in better products and you’ll have reoccurring customers.

Make sure to book with Nee for nails, Helen for pedicure and Jackie for hair. I’ve been going to this salon for over 20 years and moved 45 minutes away 3 yearsago and still drive the distance because they ALL listen to my special requestsand truly care about their business. She was blabbing on her phone the whole time and even cut me, making my thumb bleed lol. Missed so many spots while painting my nails! It’s so easy to complain than to leave a positive comment, but this place truly is the worst. I got a deluxe mani/pedicure. Do not waste your time or money. My nails are not smooth, snagging everything. The massage on arms and legs, terrible. My daughter got Gel and the shape is terrible, edges are ragged too. Upon checking out, the owner, total slime ball, said that they needed to charge extra because I didnt get polish in my nails and she just buffed them. The cost of polish is more than the 5 minutes it took her to buff all 10 nails. She did not tell me.it was extra so the manager said he wasnt going to charge me but would deduct it from nail girl for not telling me. After I paid I told the manager that the girl only massaged my toes and feet, not my legs. He said, “Ya the girls get lazy you have to stay on top of them.” Then he kind of chuckled. I just smiled, my daughter stared at him blankly, and I said thank you have a nice evening. With so.many choices in the area, just pick a different establishment. There is not customer service and no ones cares if they do a good job for you.

Went for a full set and pedicure on a Sunday and by Thursday of the next week two nails were coming off on the right hand. I went in to have them fixed. They did fix the issue but not after trying to say that they would just super glue them down. I had to raise a tiny stink to have them fixed correctly. Now 4 fingers on the left are loose. Usually my acrylics last at least two weeks before I need a fill. I was disappointed that these didn’t want to last, especially because it cost more than I usually pay. The pedicure was great though. Probably won’t go back.

I had extremely poor service today- no choice of beverage offered, no choice of pedicure. I wanted to have a leisurely nice pedicure with extended massage but no one even offered to me- I guess its nice it was cheap but what a disappointment. Will definitely go to much nicer places going forward because I do not care for being treated this way.
