Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMan that did my nails was so unprofessional I think he was gambling online and trying to do my nails at the same time. He couldn’t stay off the phone the whole time he did my nails and then cut my cuticle and ran the brush with acetone over my over-trimmed cuticle that was bleeding. It was an awful experience. Then my nails polish is all uneven-too much in some areas where it looks overapplied…. oh no, never again! Not worth $40. Man that did my nails was so unprofessional I think he was gambling online and trying to do my nails at the same time. He couldn’t stay off the phone the whole time he did my nails and then cut my cuticle and ran the brush with acetone over my over-trimmed cuticle that was bleeding. It was an awful experience. Critical: QualityI come here whenever I want a pedi and mani the only one most of the time I have a bad experience on is pedicures. Seems like EVERYONE RUSHES WHEN IT COMES TO THOSE AND I DONT LIKE IT AT ALL !! IF I PAY MY MONEY I DONT WANT A HALF OF A JOB DONE . I come here whenever I want a pedi and mani the only one most of the time I have a bad experience on is pedicures. Seems like EVERYONE RUSHES WHEN IT COMES TO THOSE AND I DONT LIKE IT AT ALL !! I had my feet the water for less than 3 minutes, he couldn’t figure out how to do my pedicure. My fiancé watched him finish up with one client then come straight to me. Didn’t wash his hands, didn’t use new utensils. Very unpleasant. My pedicure itself was awful. I paid for a 45 minute pedi and literally got a 10 minute from start to finish. I went in today for a pedicure. This is not my usual spot, but we were in the area so I decided to give it a shot. I had my feet the water for less than 3 minutes, he couldn’t figure out how to do my pedicure. My fiancé watched him finish up with one client then come straight to me. Didn’t wash his hands, didn’t use new utensils. Very unpleasant. My pedicure itself was awful. I paid for a 45 minute pedi and literally got a 10 minute from start to finish. Critical: QualityThis place is terrible and over priced. I just wanted to try a new place so I went for a pedi and full set and waited over an hour to receive service. The guy who did my pedi was very ruff, rude and rushed through it. He got mad because I told him multiple times my water was way to hot and that I wanted regular polish instead of gel which was $20 extra. Then he proceeded to ask me “must can’t afford gel” like one I can but $20 extra when other places way better charge $5-$10 no. I did pay the extra for my full set because the lady that did it was the only professional person in the whole establishment but I had to go to zizi’s the next day to fix my nails where gel polish was already coming off; like how. I spent $120 just to go somewhere the next day to fix what they messed up. I will never come go back to them and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will stick with Nails of America , Lux nails or ZiZi’s from now on.This place is terrible and over priced.
