Super Rude! Made an appointment for Mom and I to get pedicures done at the same time. With the icy roads and road closures, we had a hard time getting there so we were late. I apologized and explained why we were late. They told us where to sit and a woman started working on my Mom. The other woman was just sitting up front doing nothing. I finally caught her eye and said I was ready. She pointed to the woman working on my Mom and told me she would do mine when finished. I told her we didn’t have time for that so we would just do Moms. Angrily pointing her finger at me, she loudly stated, “You late!” Over and over again, she repeated that interlaced with other phrases in her native language….I told her she needed to stop and that we would not be returning. Then another woman walked in. As she began working on her, they spoke in a normal tone which I paid no attention to until she got loud again pointed at me stating, …”and she late… And she late!”. That was it for me. And I told Mom we would be leaving once they were done cutting her toenails. We paid for that and left. Just don’t go!! It’s not worth being treated like that!

I asked to have acrylics removed and switch to dip. This is what I got. The dip is adhered to multiple parts of my skin and the nails are wavy. The fact that she let me leave like this, I knew there was no point in asking her to fix them. She ripped the skin off one of my nails trying to get the extra product off and just gave up on the rest

the guy made me bleed 3 different times because he kept cutting my nails too short. the nail extensions he used were cheap and automatically started to crack and break. the polish began to form bubbles, the designs were not done properly, he shaped them HORRIBLY, and was rushing through the whole thing. i used to love going here but since my favorite artist left i haven’t had a single good experience. will not be returning.

They can’t provide proper services or services that are quality. Don’t get any pedicures done here. The gel polish, that you will pay upwards of $45+ for, will chip off the same day and your feet will not be properly cared for. I wouldn’t recommend nails here either, as they are rough and will argue with you about how you want them done. They don’t take the time to make sure that their work is worth the prices they’re charging you, and they will not make it right… they’ll argue with you about that too. It’s almost as if they feel put out that they have to do any kind of work for anyone. If I could leave a -10 / 10 review… I would. If I could rate less than one star, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please don’t waste your time or money by going here. Pedicure – First time trying here and am very pleased the guy who helped me is wonderful. (My big toe nail was horrible before I came in, from the nail polish I put on prior a while back. It chipped my nail and made it very thin and rough to feel) he fixed it and made it pretty and now you can’t even tell it was like that! I will definitely be back! Thank you!
