I have been going to this salon for over two years. The service has always been excellent. I frequently have people ask me about who does my nails or just comment on how nice they look. Whenever I get a design they look amazing. For Fourth of July I got Stars and Stripes. Most people thought the stars were stickers because they were so perfect. (Wish I took a picture).

The only thing is they upcharged me at just to do a v shaped tip and it was fill appointmemt. Ive always paid way less for a fill but the original job was 55 and to get a fill was 47 plus 15 for the v shaped tip and an extra 5 for the stones plus tip I paid $75 for these nails. However they do look really amazing. Also get the dulex pedi its amazing $55 for paraffin wax scrub and hit stone massage and all this other wondefulness

Love this place! The guy (I didn’t get his name) who did my nails did an amazing job! He was very meticulous and made sure they were exactly what I asked for! Anna did my pedicure and it was so relaxing! I have very sensitive feet and have had damage to my toenails on both big toes and she was very careful with them and made them look so good! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be back! Thank you Pro Nails!

My fiance got her nails done and I could tell something was wrong when we were walking to the car. By the time we got home I had her call them and then I called them as well saying she just wasn’t satisfied. One of the owners kept telling me that we were on camera walking out over and over again as I tried to explain when I owned businesses I would take things Case by case and personal. He kept saying we have you on camera walking out so you must pay to have them redone. I don’t care about his camera and he should care about his customers satisfaction. The nails weren’t terrible they just weren’t satisfactory to us. A rude and unprofessional way to be. Lucky they got one star!

I love this place! I go here everytime I get my nails done and they never disappoint. My nails always last at least 3 weeks. Everyone thier is so nice and they have wonderful customer service! If I could give no stars I would give no stars I went here to get my nails done it was highly recommended by all my coworkers I walked in with my children wanting to also get my daughters nails painted . where are used to live before we would go together all the time it was never a problem but the rude lady that was working there said no kids allowed in her shop as soon as we walked in and told them they had to sit outside in the middle of the Mall! The crazy part is That I know they have kids so I’m confused why they are against children. And would think it’s OK to tell my kids to go sit in the middle of the mall where they could potentially get kidnapped wow horrible place.

I just walked in to wait on my mom to get her nails done and I was greeted quickly to see if I was the woman who had the appointment around that time. I wasn’t there to get any nails done, but it’s nice to know that if I do go there, I wouldn’t have to worry about waiting around and/or being ignored.
