Critical: QualityThe first time I went, I got a full set. I usually only get gel manicures but I wanted my real nails to grow out a little more. The young lady who did my full set literally buffed my nails down so low that when she started to put the acrylic powder on, my nails felt like they were on fire. Every single one. I go back (maybe) 2-3 weeks later to get the acrylic soaked off and get a gel manicure. The entire process was painful. My nails were soooooo weak and thin that the new nail tech had to skip over two fingers (so two of my fingers weren’t filed nor were my cuticles cleaned). It is now almost two months since I’ve gone there the first time and I have not been able to get my nails done since. I have to let them fully heal first (they’re half way there). I’ve only been using nail hardener for 6 weeks, which only helps a little bc my nails are still very weak and don’t retain length at all. Beautiful space, but this is literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my 15 years of getting my nails done.The first time I went, I got a full set. The first time I went, I got a full set. I usually only get gel manicures but I wanted my real nails to grow out a little more. The young lady who did my full set literally buffed my nails down so low that when she started to put the acrylic powder on, my nails felt like they were on fire. Every single one. Critical: QualityGot gels done and three days later my thumb chipped. Five days later and most of my nails are chipping. Very poor quality. They are chipping like regular polish not gels. I paid too much money for this.
