Pro Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei would give 0 stars if i could. i asked THREE times for a NEW SET, and when i realized he wasn’t listening i told him to just do a fill in. i showed him a picture of what i wanted, NAVY and BABY BLUE. normal technicians would’ve seen the colors i picked and compared to the colors i showed and suggested other colors as they did not match. but he continued to paint. he painted the MINT color first and then put on color DD120 which in the samples looks DARKER, but when applied it was a royal blue. i said TWICE i didn’t like that color can i pick a darker blue, he ignored and continued to paint my other middle finger the same royal blue. then i realized he wasn’t listening so i said for him to take it off and paint it the same as the other nails. he didn’t remove the royal blue all the way either. and the coffin shape is way too rounded and more of an almond shape. then he changed the color of my toes and proceeded to tell me the total was $60, for a FILL IN and COLOR CHANGE ON TOES. extremely unprofessional service and will not be returning. this is not $60 work. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND PRO NAILS OF RADCLIFF KENTUCKY.Services: Manicure, Pedicurei would give 0 stars if i could. i asked THREE times for a NEW SET, and when i realized he wasn’t listening i told him to just do a fill in. i showed him a picture of what i wanted, NAVY and BABY BLUE. normal technicians would’ve seen the …More

When she began she removed the remaining acrylic and cleaned my nail. So I figured all was right with what I needed done and boy was I wrong. She made her own decision to not add acrylic back to my nail and in comparison to my other nails there is an obvious difference. Picture attached to show what I ended up with. I will not be returning. I would rather deal with having a broke nail. First time at this business. Came in for a nail repair. Showed my chipped nail to the nail technician before she started the repair. When she began she removed the remaining acrylic and cleaned my nail. So I figured all was right with what I needed done and boy was I wrong. She made her own decision to not add acrylic back to my nail and in comparison to my other nails there is an obvious difference. Picture attached to show what I ended up with. I went back and they fixed it, which is great- but then the NEXT DAY ALL the polish on my nails was peeling. There was no alcohol cleaning of the nails, no buffing to ensure the polish could adhere, no asking to wash hands, just absolute shoddy work because there’s only two of them, and people were waiting. Would give zero stars if I could. Got gel mani on a Tuesday, the next day polish had peeled completely off on two nails. I went back and they fixed it, which is great- but then the NEXT DAY ALL the polish on my nails was peeling. There was no alcohol cleaning of the nails, no buffing to ensure the polish could adhere, no asking to wash hands, just absolute shoddy work because there’s only two of them, and people were waiting.
