I regret stepping foot in this place. My mom scheduled an appointment for me and requested I specifically be serviced by Bozena after hearing of the spa from a coworker. However, upon my first visit, I was going to be treated by another lady before I intervened. Bozena then came in to the room and tried to comfort me by saying that I was in good hands and she would be unable to service me because she had an appointment. I was confused as to why I wasn’t informed about the change and said I would reschedule. She responded by attempting to provide a complementary facial which I declined. I had class that day and was truly disappointed with the lack of communication and treatment I received. I went there two times after the first visit and I was bombarded with questions of my mom’s profession and who recommended my mom to the place. It is not a good feeling to be questioned to the extent that I was and to feel less than for whatever reason. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to any person of color. You will most likely not receive equal treatment and the interaction will be very forced.

The spa is very clean and the staff is extremely polite. Unfortunately, my gel manicure began peeling off in less than a day and a half. I called and they scheduled an appointment for two days later to fix the service but then canceled the night before. I paid $65 (gel manicure and reg pedi with reflexology) and $15 tip. I did not want to schedule another appointment so I was refunded $24 dollars.
