My wife and have been going to Pro Nails since September 2013. We go every month and have a standing appointment. I get a pedicure my wife gets a pedicure and manicure. Tina is the best. There is a positive of going to a small salon. You have the same person each time and you get treated as if you were the only customer and there are no shortcuts like a production line salon. Tina is exceptionally good at both manicures and pedicures. She took plenty of time, did a great job, and the chair almost put me to sleep. The rates are reasonable. I made three more appointments while I was there.

This place was recommended by a friend. I called 3 times trying to make an appointment. No one answered the phone. I went there the lady told me she is by appointment only. Her website clearly states walk ins welcome. I told her I tried to call 3x. She said she didnt answer because she didnt recognize my number. Clearly this woman is only interested in doing business with her current clientel. I will not be going back.
