I had gone to another nail shop that was completely overrun with people and told me that I would have like an hour wait as it was already 7:00 and time for closing I thought that I would see where else I could go and I found pro nails they were getting ready to close as well but they still took me in. Two very sweet ladies went right to work gave me both a manicure and a pedicure and did not rush me where very willing to take their time and do a great job I’m so pleased I found my new go to nail salon. Thanks ladies.

I LOVE this place! I used to go to the one at the yellow mall but this one is my favorite! They don’t rush but it’s fast, I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes and I’m always a walk in. They do amazing designs, they’re knowledgeable and will tell you and explain it if something is wrong and will fix it. My hands are always in water so with me they watch for mold and if my tips need to be replaced all together, ect. They’re so polite and for someone like me who doesn’t pamper herself and just needs a little bit of me time this is my place of choice.

i wont lie they were super friendly but the lady who did my nails messed up multiple times and kept going like she didn’t she kept getting to close to my cuticle line with the nail drill she literally made my thumb bleed n kept going with adding the nail stuff to my nails making them burn. She added a heart rhinestone i never asked for and most definitely wasn’t in the picture i showed her. also on my thumb nails she added the completely wrong rhinestones again, she also left some of the rhinestones on top of each other and almost left one of the diamonds on my ring finger messed up until i told her to finish it. There are so many things i could tell you that was wrong with my nails, i wouldn’t recommend going.

If you want the basics then by all means check out LA nails but if you want somebody who can go off of your phone or attempt any design you want then you want pro nails. They were extremely accommodating and their prices are extremely reasonable compared to all the other nail salons around town.

Asked for regular paint ended up with gel polish… Didnt know what it was so i had said regular. Guy didnt understand me and it was too late once i figured out what he was doin. Nice atmosphere but not very friendly. I’ll just do my own nails next time.
