Pro Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey are very unprofessional. All they seem to value is money not the quality of the the service. They are very expensive so you will need deep pockets. I went in with my 2 daughters for a girls day out. My daughters wanted gel nails. I needed refills on my own nails. My natural nails are very long and they curl on the end but I only wanted refills no polish. She kept telling me to pick a polish while she quickly seated my daughters for their service. One of my daughters didn’t really want to leave me (I’m disabled and they are very protective) but the manager keep insisting that she go sit to get her service started. Once she got my daughter’s away from me she refused to service me. She said my nails were too long and curly. I couldn’t figure out why that mattered when I only wanted a refill. My daughter’s and I realized that she wanted them to get started on their set before she refused mine so they wouldn’t lose my daughter’s money because we would’ve all left. Actually I was the one that really wanted to go to get my nails done. My daughter’s said well we’ll get ours done too. I paid $50 for my daughter to get a set of gel nails and they wasn’t even done well. The nail services was rushed and poorly executed. This was our first and last time my daughter’s will use the salon because they were not happy with the finish product. I’m a former beauty salon owner and I would never treat clients the way we were treated. I also trained nail technicians because I’m a licensed cosmetology teacher and I can tell you there was absolutely no reason for her to refuse to service my nails for a basic acrylic refill. If I knew a party was together I would have tried to split them up for financial gain. I would’ve been honest and told them we can’t do one person in your party’s nails so you could decide what your party wanted to do. Don’t suggest going to that nail salon ever again. He did a poor job at sizing them all the same and it’s ridiculous.Service: Manicure

I called around ahead of time when looking for a new nail salon and when asking them how much a gel set would be they told me 25 dollars. I agreed and made the appointment. I came in with my own gel nail polish and got a set. When finishing up they told me it would be 45 dollars. When questioning why since I got a plain color they told me it was because I got gel even though I used my own polish. I complained and they dropped it to 40 dollars. The nails top coat started to chip that very same week which was a disappointment after all the other trouble I went through.
