Justine is fun, friendly, and fantastic for hair and lashes. She is a true expert and cares deeply about doing 5-star work. My daughter travels from out of state to LA to see Justine; she has never found anyone near her home as good as Justine! Haircut, color, lashes…she does it all! I highly recommend her!
