I got a gel dip manicure and was told it would last 2-3 week. One nail fell off in one week and the rest fell off in less than two weeks after going back to get them fixed Manicure

They took me in at the last minute and even so did not rush on doing my pedicure. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. The nail tech did a fabulous job on my pedicure giving extra attention to areas of my feet that really needed.

Brought my daughter for a pedicure. Paid extra for the better one to be done on both of us. I end up with my toe nails cut so short they are burning. Still have dead skin on my heels along with my daughter’s feet looking like a shedding snake. Never again will we return.

After trying other Dewitt area nail salons I absolutely love this place! They take their time on your nails and my dip manicure always looks great. The staff is very friendly and doesn’t rush you ever. Best area nail salon!

This was the best pedicure I’ve had. It’s a lovely space with sweet staff who did a great job and had excellent customer service. Angel and Christine were great. Highly recommended!

Worse Pedicure I have ever received. The lady who did it was rude and very rough when I asked to change my polish because I didn’t like how it was coming out. She left my toenails uneven after she cut them and cut my cuticle way to far, because my toe has been hurting ever since. Because she was so rude and careless with my pedicure I went else where for my mani. I Tried something new and I wont ever go again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was so disappointed in not only the service given but the salon as well. For starters, I’m not even sure if the ladies there are legally certified to do what they do. There were no certifications hung on the wall like most nail salons and I don’t think they knew what the hell they were doing half the time. The lady who did my nails cut them with the tool used to cut cuticles, didn’t use clean utensils, and was very rough and aggressive when filing and painting my nails I’m surprised my cuticles didn’t bleed. As for her nail painting, AWFUL. She missed a lot of spots, didn’t take off the polish that got on my skin, and by the time I walked out the door there was chippage on the side of some nails already. This is a nail salon, how do you not know how to properly paint nails? Not only that but I also felt rushed the entire time like she was trying to break the world record for giving the fastest manicure. As for the salon, filthy. First of all, they don’t keep the front door open to let out the fumes and boy were they over whelming; I was light headed the entire time. Instead of using a fresh towel every time theres a new person, they just shake out the towel of nail and cuticle trimmings and lay it back on the table. As for the bowls used for soaking your hands in, they just drain it of water and place it on a wall with the other bowls. No sanitation and no drying. After my visit I made sure to drench my hands in alcohol to sanitize and kill any diseases and germs I may have contracted from there. I’m honestly surprised that this place is still is business and people actually go here. Never stepping foot in that place again.
