Poor. Please don’t spend your money here. The only reason I gave one star was for the tech who did my pedicure. She was an older woman and did a thorough job. The manicure was awful. That tech, Jenny, barely pushed my cuticles back, did not trim any hang nails off. No lotion. Had to have the pedicure tech remove the polish on my nails as it was old and after 30 minutes had not dried. The pedicure tech was apologetic and did not charge me for the manicure. I left with no polish whatsoever and will I guess go him to paint my nails. First time here and my last. Disappointing.

just not worth the money. felt very rushed, gel polish (which should last at least 1 week) came off my toes and nails within 1 week. the whole appointment i felt like the lady was in a rush and didn’t care about the quality of my manicure or pedicure. i usually go to Happy Nails in leesburg, but i thought for a gel polish i could go somewhere in purcellville (where i live). def will be going back to Happy Nails. my toe gel polish lasted about a week and my finger nail gel polish didn’t even last 3 days!

Okay, second round being here. This time, to gift my nana a little pamper session and the ladies at Pro Nails were so sweet! They helped her pick out a color, encouraged her to do some fun flair for the summer and made her feel good throughout the entire process.

Quickest pedicure ever – wouldn’t soften my callus unless I upgraded to SPA level. Started painting my nails black when I wanted blue – trying to tell me that the black was blue. When I found the blue I wanted, I returned and the technician moved to another person and I had to wait. CRAZY. CRAZY.

I have to say the only great reviews are always for Mary. She was excellent when I got her once. It’s holding my breath when I go there praying not to get the older lady. She’s sweet as can be but does a terrible job. The paint is always bubbled always all over my skin of my fingers. Then she will use her nail on each one to wipe it off and it ends up taking polish off of my nails. She doesn’t put it on even either. It’s always thick in some spots. I can hold my nails up and see right through it even a dark color after the second coat. I will go in different times on different days and somehow I get her every single time. To the point it makes me want to cry and I don’t think I will be back bc they seem to stick me with her every time. I got them done last time within a couple days the gel chipped off and looked sloppy along with the rest. It is very pricy and I think I will have to move on from here. It’s in such a convenient spot so I kept going in hopes I would get someone different. Someone hood will sit to start me off and somehow they put her on me every single time while someone else gets the few good ones. I think it’s time for her to retire. She just doesn’t seem to be able to do a good job. Ever!
