Critical: ProfessionalismI was fortunate to get my hair braided on one occasion. And to be honest, my first experience was pleasant. I was pleased with the outcome of my hair. Even left a tip. Since that time, I feel like I’ve been chasing a ghost trying to get a second appointment. I spoke with JoJo via text and finally over the telephone after multiple attempts of trying to communicate via text messages. During our very brief conversation, she stated she would text me back to schedule an appointment. That was several days ago. She has yet to do so. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I was fortunate to get my hair braided on one occasion. And to be honest, my first experience was pleasant. I was pleased with the outcome of my hair. Even left a tip. Since that time, I feel like I’ve been chasing a ghost trying to get a second appointment. I spoke with JoJo via text and finally over the telephone after multiple attempts of trying to communicate via text messages. I seen 2 other car’s pull up after me and they waited outside in there cars as well. After about 15 mins of waiting i decided to go to jack n the box where i called and asked the stylist when she will arrive.. She said u wait there im coming. Now its 1030 and shes still not there. And now the parkinglot is full of clients waiting for a stylist.. So i decide to leave and she calls my phone at 1130 like i want my hair done by someone who was 2 hours late. I have never had an stylist just not show up to her own shop or even call me and say why. I really dislike this new generation of african hair braiders. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place has Very Poor communication. I was told if I still want my hair braided and I said yes..got to the shop and was refused service..I was told no opening available. After I was ask and I responded yes but never responded back about the time or date to arrive..I drove 56mins to get there and I was refused service..smdh
