I paid 1k for extensions about a year ago and I have baby thin hair. They installed the extensions and then I started going to someone else the second time around to have them lifted. The second place I went to told me that the extensions they placed in my hair were extremely thick for my hair and that they put the thickest thread in my hair that physically exists. I got them taken out due to moving wrong and you could see the thread. I wouldn’t recommend due to the fact if you’re paying 1000 for a service you should get it done correctly.

I have been very disappointed in P&B as the quality of services has significantly decreased; yet, the prices have risen. As I’ve traveled all over this summer, I’ve learned other blowdry establishments, such as DryBar, have much better training for their employees, as I continuously receive much better blowouts no matter which one I visited. Your beautiful space and your luxurious Oribe products seem like a waste when I leave the salon with a mediocre blowout.

My hair looks so good! I went to Primp and Blow to get a blow out and style. I was hesitant at first due to the fact that I came in a couple years ago and didn’t get the result I wanted. This experience was totally different, I believe it’s under new management! The gal there washed my hair, taking time to massage my head and condition it well. Then she took my hair in pieces to dry with a round brush, then styled. It is exactly how I always want my hair to look when I try doing it! I will for sure be back to get another blowout and style! I am also going to bring my daughter, she is 9 and would love to have someone wash, dry and style her hair since she fights me! Can’t wait to go back!

I have never left a review before, but feel compelled to after my experience this weekend. I made 3 appointments for Saturday afternoon (full makeup application, lashes, and a dry style). My makeup appointment was made for Noon followed by my Dry Style appointment at 1:30 pm. A day before my appointment, I started receiving texts from the store about wanting to change my dry style appointment to 1:45. After a few back and forths via text, they said my makeup application will stay at Noon, and they would be changing my Dry Style to 1:00 pm. I arrived at Noon, and checked-in at the front desk. Waited until 12:30 and when I still hadn’t been seen, I checked back in with the front desk to make sure my appointments were still on their schedule. Yes, the girl at the front desk said, we are just running behind on a 3 person wedding party. Ok, fine, as long as I get my appointments in, I wasn’t too concerned about it running late. 12:45 rolls around and I FINALLY get seen. After a few minutes the makeup girl said she needed to go get the stylist to start on my hair WHILE DOING MY MAKEUP! So as my head is being pulled back and forth, I’m trying to get lashes and makeup done. Not surprisingly, it didn’t turn out good. On one set of lashes the outside corner wasn’t even glued down, and the inside was glued half way up my eye. Sloppy and rushed. What was supposed to be a 1.5 hour appointment was crammed into less than 45 minutes. AND on top of that I had to wait 20 minutes after they rushed through my appointment for my ride since I was done earlier than scheduled, even though I started 45 minutes late and the girl doing my makeup had NO client behind me! EXTREMELY disappointed in the service received. They did not even check in with me at ALL to let me know they were running late. No apology, no explanation, then you cut MY appointment time in half and did a poor job. Could not recommend this business.
