I’ve only been to Prima one time so far, but I plan to make more visits in the near future. I had a pinched nerve years ago, that’s better now, but some of the consequences and weakened muscles have proven to be a challenge to strengthen on my own. I told her the tight spots, which she targeted, but also intuitively knew where the points were to get them to loosen. I highly recommend her for your massage therapy needs!

I walked out so relaxed, I felt the blood circulation in my body, I didn’t feel the usual pain when I lifted my leg to get in the car, or walking up and down stairs. I didn’t feel the frustration of inconsiderate drivers. I was physically and mentally relaxed. I haven’t felt like this in years!

I can’t say enough good things about Prima! I have been to many massage therapists over the years and honestly, none of them compare to Prima. She is so kind and caring and really listens. My sister and brother in law, and many of my friends now see her as well. At the beginning of this year, I was having unexplained full-body joint pain (it wasn’t Covid-related). My doctor ordered all sorts of auto-immune tests but told me to try massage first. I started scheduling sessions with Prima about every two weeks and the joint pain is GONE. Prima is a complete blessing and I highly recommend her!!! 🙂
