The staff at the desk are horrible. I have been to European Wax Centers in different states and I have never had such a horrible experience. They are not friendly at all. The wax service also was not done correctly. I had hair left over and wax left on my skin. I complained and the manager tried to correct the situation and give me the best person she had. I gave this location one more chance and it still wasn’t a pleasant experience. The best provider had a bad attitude and kept her things on the hook on the door so that I had no place to hang my clothes.

So I’ve been here before, and had a great experience, but this time around was such a waste. I come in for my appt and check in and wait for 5 minute, the woman at the front was dismissive and on her phone while I checked in, when I ask about my appt she says Oh we only have one waxer and you’ll have to wait. So I do, 15 minutes of waiting only for me to ask and find out I’m not even first in line and I most likely wouldn’t be seen for a long while! The lady next to me had been waiting half an hour already when we both had appts! I wish I would have been informed ahead of time, I have somewhere to be and cant afford to wait and wait behind several others, I would have made a different appointment instead of driving all the way out. All this is to say, tell your clients that you cant see them! Tell them plans have changed, you’ll be late, make another appointment, anything! Certainly this woman who had been waiting more than half an hour should have been compensated for her time.

I would highly recommend the receptionist Dayla learn better customer service skills. I called and inquired about the late policy and she said it was 9 minutes. I rushed in a minute off and she instantly let me know that more likely I would not be seen because I didn’t get there in the 9 minute time frame. I explained to her that I was off by only 1 minute.

Excellent service by Sam. The room seemed a somewhat cold atmosphere compared to a warmer feel I’m more used to at a north Arlington salon. The prices seemed a bit high, but I did get my first wax free. I like that this is closer to me and that they regulate the wax temperature well and perform their services properly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My first wax there went fine, no problems it was fast and relatively painless. Of course on my way out the door I got the sales pitch of prepay your waxes and it’ll be cheaper in the long run blablabla. As someone who waxes every month I signed up. Huge mistake. Don’t do it. My second wax was scheduled for 6/13/22 for 1:30pm and I got an email AND voicemail confirming my appt the next day. I show up and nobody is available to do my wax. I had already taken the day off work and driven 25 minutes and couldn’t reschedule for another day. I had to wait an hour for another wax tech to become available. No phone call, no warning. My third wax was today at 3:45pm, I got an email yesterday confirming my wax again. I was having lunch with my family and I saw I had a missed call from the European Wax Center at 1:10pm but no voicemail. I returned their phone call at 1:33, 23 minutes later and no one picked up and left a voicemail. I called again at 2:04 because I was starting to get suspicious and nervous. Again no call. I got to the European Wax Center at 3:35 and completed dark and doors are locked. I waited ten minutes past my appt time and nobody came, no sign on the door, phone call, txt, or email. This place is the worst, BEWARE, their customer service is the worst once they have your money they do not keep their end of the arrangement!. Now I’m reaching out to my bank to see what my options are because they are a very shady business who do not keep their appointments. Feel free to reach out to me if you have doubts, I have emails, and call logs proving what I’m saying.

My friend and I have tried to schedule three times in the past year and each time I will get a call on the day of the appointment, with someone telling me my waxer “didn’t call in”. The fact that it has happened three times is shocking, and I suggest not trying to get waxed here if you have a schedule.

Was super judgmental and rude. Made comments that made me feel belittled about my experience. Was told I shouldn’t be “so jumpy” because I should be used to getting a wax. The waxer didn’t even get all the hairs off and blamed it on me. Highly unsatisfactied and quite rude.
