I went here because it had decent ratings and reviews, but this was probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The lady at the front was more interested in her phone until I came back up to pay. I was only 1 of 2 customers inside. During my manicure, the lady cut my finger enough to make me bleed quite a bit. She tried to get it to stop but it would not until she super glued it… twice. That stopped the bleeding long enough for her to finish my manicure until I washed my hands. She was nice and apologized a few times, and was fast but upon inspection, I can see brush strokes and lines on every one of my fingers except my pinkys. I was too annoyed to ask for them to fix it. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever come back. 2 stars because I realize that accidents happen but my overall experience was dismal.

I cannot say enough good things about Kimberley and Brandon. They are so sweet, patient and genuinely care about their clients.
