I have been there several times for pedi’s so I thought it would be a great place for my first few tips to be done. I got stuck in a meeting and called afterwards and was told how rude it was for me to not call 2 hours ahead of time because they are short handed, well I didn’t expect do go to meeting. i rescheduled for the next day at 4, when I got there 20 mins early they were not busy at all and the rude one with fake eyelashes told me my appt was at 5 and I mentioned whoever I talked to on the phone agreed 4 was open. She very rudely said i answered the phone and I said 5.will not ever go back

Went in for two pedis. Was asked to come back in an hour. They took my number and name, called and said half hour. Came in and was asked to wash hands. I simply asked, “For a pedi?” I thought perhaps she was confused because people ask you to wash hands for a mani. Happily walked to sink and washed our hands. Hand washing – which I’d just done before entering the salon – is always a good thing. Sit down and she starts in with her snark to another customer about how she doesn’t want covid, and all these people are coming in and her staff has to take off because of covid, and she is going on vacation and no one better give her covid. Mind you, the woman has her mask pulled down on her chin. Newsflash: you probably shouldn’t be touching people in a nail salon if you don’t want covid. Another woman comes over and starts talking in Spanish about us – newsflash #2 – hablo español. I’m 1/2 Colombian. I let them know, in Spanish, I speak it and tell them off and leave. As a scientist, I’m fully vaxxed and I follow covid protocols. I simply asked a question. I hate to see what this woman acts like under more serious conditions. Nope.

The Salon was clean. Sandy is a great nail tech, she gave me exactly what I asked for. I don’t understand the extra cost for “shaping” my nails. It is not something that was charged for where I moved from but it seems to be standard for the area. I am not positive she used a new file or buffing block so will request those specifically at my next appointment. I am very happy with the quality and durability of my nails. I will be booking my fill and using Pretty Nails again.
