Called this place to make an appointment, women answers the phone sounding annoyed and as if she’s in bed. Called again another day in the afternoon and after silence, I say “hello” and she snaps back “yes!”. Didn’t even step foot in the salon and already knowing what kind of environment it is. i swear every time i go to smooth silhouette i walk out looking like a brand new person. i go at least every other week to get my hair hair weave done or for a wash and set depending on how i feel that day , the prices are GREAT compared to other salons in the Lynn / north shore area. Katrina the owner uses all organic products which is good for my hair because its all natural and my hair is growing really good. So i give here a 5 star rating! GREAT PRICES , GREAT SERVICE !

This was my first time at a salon… and it was wonderful! The owner Katrina is a total sweetheart and knows what she’s doing. I came in for a simple wash blow dry flat iron but at the end she gave me some adorable curls using the the flat iron. My confidence has skyrocketed! Definitely go there!!!!!!

Everytime I get my hair done, I am really please and happy with the results. Due to the results, I have told and recommended so many people about this salon. Since I been having my hair done by smooth silhouette i have not been anywhere else. I will stick with this salon because they do my hair good. 🙂

DONT GO HERE! You are better off letting a 2 year old do your hair. Don’t ever let this lady touch your hair. You will leave bald or missing big patches of hair. She sends all her mistakes to a local salon and let’s just say lots of people get sent to the local salon. I have had to spend lots of money trying to repair the damage she has done to my head. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went to get my locs washed and twisted and found she used all organic products from the shampoo to conditioner to twisting products. I walked out looking brand new nice fresh twist and a clean line up and im good to go. Thanks katrina you did my hair some justice, ill be back
