Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointment with Cristina and when I got there they said she was unavailable. Why make an appointment with someone who isn’t going to be available?? Fine. Whatever. Then Lam started my nails using unsanitary files and products. He cut me multiple times while filing and continued to mention that he had other clients to do and he was in a rush. I scheduled for an hour appointment and it took approximately 30 minutes. The French tips were sloppy, uneven, and non-opaque. Not to mention, one hand turned out glossy and the other matte because he was in such a hurry that I didn’t even get to cure one hand. Hairs and other particles were stuck in the acrylic and the underneath was not finished. It’s been 6 days and the acrylic has already lifted from my middle finger. They made my pay with Venmo, which wasn’t mentioned until after the service was performed. Today was my first visit! I am an extreme nail bitter. I had some major anxiety going in, but I knew it was time that I do something to help me stop biting! I saw Lam, and he was wonderful. I was a walk in, and was seen in a timely manner. The shop was clean, and inviting. My nails ended up being super cute and exactly as the photo I showed him. I have made an appointment for my next visit. Thank you!!

If something needs adjusted she is more than happy to do so. She does amazing designs for a reasonable price. I used to have issues with my nails being too bulky or breaking and chipping easily , but I haven’t had any issues since switching to her ! I have been coming to Cristina for a while now and she always does amazing. She is super friendly and easy to converse with. If something needs adjusted she is more than happy to do so. Waited for over 30 minutes, before being told to come back another day. I called ahead and was told to come in for walk-in appointment with short wait time. Went to salon, signed in, and chose my polish color. After waiting 30+ minutes, was informed very rudely that I would need to come back another day. Would not recommend this company.
