I have tried to book an appointment with the loctitian at this location. She has ZERO customer service skills. I can understand having a bad attitude every now and then, we are not perfect and everybody is entitled to a bad day, but everyday is unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and this lady is very disrespectful. I respect any stylist for their skills, but you also have to respect the customer for what they bring to you as well. They will not get my business because of that horrible attitude.

I have been to a couple other barbershops in Killeen since I been living in Killeen but this barbershop has been the best , I have been going here for about a year and half or more and always have been satisfied with my haircuts to when I had my locs. Teddy and Ladiebug are amazing at what they do and are amazing people to meet. I know I been back in awhile but I’m definitely coming back to my favorite barbershop ASAP!!!

Only person my son will let touch his hair. You get personalized one on one care in a relaxed atmosphere. My son has Asperger’s and haircuts can be stressful. Teddy’s calm demeanor and caring attitude puts him at ease. No one can match Teddy’s skills!

Recently I visited ladiebug for a loc consultation and loc retwist. I was greeted with a warm welcome and love. Ladiebug had great energy and exemplified professionalism to the highest degree.She had a great sense of humor and truly embodies positive energy. I came in with severe damage to my locs. She did a thorough consultation and told me if she did not know what the issue was she would do her research to help me with my hair growth. She put me right at ease and I knew I was in the right hands. She told me everything she was doing and all the products she was putting in my hair with no hesitation. As she retwisted my locs she spoke positively and prayed over my weak areas. Ladiebug is truly a gift from God and is passionate about her work which showed in her services.This was by far my best loc experience.
