Well back in April I went there because friend of mine went there for a wig. She referred me, the service are good the staff is friendly. Yes it was good when I bought a wig $ 325. No a problem back then. But last week I went to drop off the wig because was loosing the net on front, I left it and fix, she called me last week the she gonna fix it and wash it I said ok thank you ! today I went to pick it up the wig it was wet and wasn’t ready the lady told me she was waiting for me to see the front lace,:( sad she never try it on me, she cut it the front in front of me curvy and told it was 20 dollars, I said for what ? She says she washed two time, wow and steaming, but the wig was wet ! I told her I don’t have 20 dollars I’m not working because I am taking chemotherapy! She just got up threw the wig on my hands and kept walking to the other room and said thank you! I was like wait where is the receipt and the bag, she says here, with attitude! Wow for 20 dollars that is the way you treat a customer that you was referred ! I will never go back there !

I had a very nice visit with this business today. This was my first time coming here. My hairdresser is Lindsay. She did a great job cutting my hair I will be coming back next week to get my highlights done. The shop is very clean and sanitizing all items she used to cut my hair.

I cant tell you the last time I got a hair cut that made me so happy I had to tell everyone about it. First off, this salon is so cute and everyone is super friendly.. even the other customers in the waiting room! Two ladies came in just because they heard it had a reopening and got a tour around with no hesitation from the staff. The owner, Megan, did my hair today. I came in with no real idea what I wanted done other than fix my mess and she made it beautiful! She was funny, friendly, quick, and affordable. I was able to have the wash, cut, and blow dry all on my lunch hour! I would reccomend anyone to Precision!

Good morning. I would love to share my experience. I came across Lindsay Boone back in April once part of the co-vid lifted a little. She does a very good friend of mine hair. And it always looks amazing. I’ve been going to the same person for 10 years and also have very short hair. So I’m very picky about who does my hair. So I made an appointment with Lindsay. Omg…..she is amazing! I cannot live without her. She is so professional and very friendly. Since having cut all my hair off and only having one other person style it, I would be very safe by saying that no one but Lindsay will other touch my hair again. It doesn’t get any better than her!!!

Had my first appointment yesterday. To say I’m satisfied is putting it mildly!!!! I had a perm at another salon. It didn’t take and neither did the redo and a third trip resulted in a botched cut. I waited 4 months before breaking down and giving Precision Hair a try. Looks like I’ve found my salon and stylist. Thanks, Terry!

I had a very negative experience at this establishment attempting to acquire a wig. I have been diagnosed with Stage 3 malignant breast cancer. I called and spoke with the receptionist to make an appointment for a wig consult. I was questioned as to why I was making the appointment so early as I still have my hair when most people make the appointment after they lose all their hair. I explained to the receptionist that it is advised to get a consult when you still have hair so one can acquire a better color match to their hair. She said, “Oh, that makes sense.” The receptionist told me Megan does their wig consults and would return my call. 2 days passed and my call was not returned. I made a trip to Precision Hair personally and mentioned that my phone call had not been returned by Megan. The receptionist (who I later discovered is Megan’s Mother) looked down at her message pad and said, “Oh, well that was just yesterday.” I told her it was the day before yesterday and I had been waiting for 2 days for a return call. She said Megan was busy as she had children and school was starting. Well….I’m busy with Cancer so I know the feeling. She made an appt for me which was a few days later. I went for my 10:00am appt and when I walked in and announced myself the receptionist looked down at her book and said, “Oh, you’re early”, as though this was somehow a negative. She said I could make myself comfortable in the wig area but that Megan was running late because it was her Son’s first day of school. I had another medical appt so privately hoped it wouldn’t be much later. Megan did arrive 10 mins late as stated and we picked out some wigs. I went to a private area to try some on when a short time later Megan’s personal phone rang and she answered it. She excused herself from my appt to take her personal call. She came back almost 10 mins later and apologized for the interruption as that had been her Son’s school calling. I had to hurry through the remained of the appt and rushed to make a down payment on a wig and arrive to my next appt. Megan mentioned Insurance helps with coverage and upon getting home and checking realized a Salon who accepts my Insurance directly is the way I would like to go. I called to cancel my order and retain my $600.00 down payment and was treated very rudely by Hope who answered the phone. I hope none of you ever gets Cancer and has to experience what I’m going through, but if you do? Please don’t go to this unprofessional completely insensitive Salon where your needs and time are overlooked and undervalued. Take some sensitivity training ladies.
