I was not given a chance to get a get haircut! Ask if I had an appointment which was not specific on the website. There was no one else in the salon and I was turned away, was not asked what I wanted done! Apparently this lady did not want my business!!! Hispanic people are not welcomed!! The Hispanic stylist is very rude to elder customers. Not following the mask rules for everyone. This is being reported and rudeness towards elders will not be tolerated. Spend a couple extra dollars and go somewhere where you are respected as a customer and will actually get a decent haircut. Wish I could give 0 starts

For 4 days in a row I’ve been denied service! I’m not one to complain, and this has been my favorite place to get a hair cut since I could remember! 18 years I’ve been going here! However lately it seems like the vibe has changed. It’s one thing to be busy but to deny service with 2 hours left from closing is ridiculous! Especially for accepting walk-ins.

Came here to get a cut!! Should have never even came in. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, 2 ladies where there. One had just finished cutting a mans hair and she just preceded to walk around coughing and looking at me then she kept walking getting water and pretended to clean stuff then headed to the back. If you hate your job get the hell out of there sat there for a good 15 min worse place ever

Grew up getting my hair cut here. Now I come by frequently trying to get my hair cut and they’re either closed well before advertised closing time, or I’m told they can’t fit anymore in. Never seen the place that busy though, and it’s always at least an hour before close. Don’t waste your time I say, just go somewhere fully staffed (if an incomplete staff is the issue)

ive been there twice and i had a very bad experience with the hispanic girl that cut my hair and this actually happened twice with the same person its not the hispanic girl with the glasses but the other young hispanic girl stationed by the front desk she is very RUDE! LAZY! BAD ATTITUDE! AND DOSENT CARE! unfortanelty i couldnt find anyone around town that was available to cut my hair so i went there and of course i ended up getting her AGAIN that experience ruined my day i will never go there i highly recommend if you go there DONT GET HER TO CUT YOUR HAIR! SHE HATES HER JOB! dosent even take the time to go over your hair and plus gives you a sh*tty attitude on top of that i dont know why she continues to work there if she dosent like her job and why the manager keeps her around makes me wonder if having an employee with a bad attitude around the work place is totaly ok go to jimmy rutledge on llano st. or the guy who has a shop right next to whataburger they have excellent business and treat you well topnotch service
