Usually have a good experience at this location. I tip every time but this time not such a great experience. My questions were answered with attitude and smart remarks about the poster saying to join. I was a confused customer and the clerk needs to find a better way to talk to them! That was just one remark I finally walked out and went to a different location after she didn’t want to answer my questions about future sales. I may be a bit tired but I but upgrade points just to tan at this location cause its close to my work but I will be finding a different location or tanning company all together when this contract is up!!

Critical: QualityThis Suntancity is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. Today was my 4th try and they’ve all been bad. The girls working are snotty and rude. Today alone, a lady that came in after me was given an instant bed ahead of me. As if that weren’t enough, I had a reaction the the lotion I purchased. So, after waiting on a bed I was in line for and having a reaction… I was in the bed a total of 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I was not offered a refund on the bed or a free visit. This Suntancity is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. Today was my 4th try and they’ve all been bad. The girls working are snotty and rude. Today alone, a lady that came in after me was given an instant bed ahead of me. As if that weren’t enough, I had a reaction the the lotion I purchased. The people working at Richmond rd sun tan city are eay nicer and friendly than the hamburg location. Also much better beds at Richmond rs. Last time I went to hamburg location the face tanner didn’t work in my bed.

The staff have always been wonderful, courteous, and helpful at this location. Everything is very clean and we’ll managed. There never seems to be too long of a wait here. My only complaint is they do not offer the “fast” level bed here, therefore I have to keep adding money to my package, or up my package to continue using this location.

I am unable to get much natural sunlight due to my health so I called the tanning salon. I wanted a decent tan so I would feel more confident in my swimsuit but I don’t want to have my debit card charged for a year. I don’t want to feel obligated to go or waste my money. If they had monthly or even once in a while I would be more inclined to get my tan on. I like to use the different types of equipment and that isnt an option. They were insistent on selling me the biggest package available or take the smaller ones and be screwed out of money. So I politely said that I would have to go to the location on Richmond Rd, not the one in Hamburg where they don’t have the lay beds. And after I unscattered all the jibber, o am still undecided.

Worst spray tan I’ve ever had. I looked like I had freckles all over my skin. Just let me cancel my membership! I hate the experience I had here! Every time I go in it’s a 30 min process to tan because I am constantly getting asked if I want to buy lotion which I already have and have several bottles sitting that I never use because I hate going into this place. Horrible!

I went to this location and because I signed up at another location and they don’t offer those beds they would not accommodate. After asking for the manger yes he did give me a one time courtesy visit but, I don’t care about their policy they advertise all the time about their convenience but I have never been told due to my package I can not be accommodated at their location before. It’s Unfair policy and they should stand by there advertising and yes this location did miss out because I do periodic upgrades and by their pricey overrated lotions. I will not be at this location ever again and will be contacting their corporate offices.
