I’ve been seeing Paula for 6 years now and I enjoy every appointment. She is always friendly and very professional. My nails look amazing when I leave and last weeks until my next appointment. Paula is very artistic and is able to hand paint beautiful designs on your nails. She’s constantly taking professional education courses on new and upcoming techniques to give her clients new nail styles that are popular at the moment. Working in the beauty industry, it is always great when I find someone who cares as much about their work as I do! Paula is a perfectionist and very passionate about her craft. Her shop is super cute, always clean, and her priority is the integrity of your nails. I look forward to my appointments and watching Paula get creative with her art. I love Posh Tips and Toes. Paula is extremely kind and welcoming. Her salon is very cute and clean! She is so knowledgeable on nail health and maintenance. My nails were destroyed from another salon in the area, which Paula identified immediately and started nail treatments. My nails are so healthy and strong now. Paula has been my manicurist for over 7 years now! As a former manicurist myself, her work ethic and quality of work are far beyond what you see with most manicurists. Paula works hard to not only give top-notch service, she goes the extra mile with her continual training and customer service. I trust Paula’s judgment as a manicuring professional and former nurse. Paula is the absolute best! She is an amazing nail artist and always does the best work. I am super hard on my nails so I need appointments every 2 weeks, I have had to go a month before and no lifting usually which is unheard of for gel nails! They last forever! I schedule out a year in advance to make sure I have an appointment. She is worth it ladies! She cares about her work and her clients and does a great job! She has become my friend over the last 3 years and I’m thankful for her!

I was connected with Paula after being told by my doctor to avoid box nail salons due to being prone to nail fungus (apparently the fungus can spread via pedicure tubs). When I found out that Paula uses one-use pedicure liners, I made an appointment. It’s been almost 4 years since becoming a client and my toe and hand nails have never been healthier. Paula never rushes a service and has excellent customer service. I made a decision to have standing appointments since she does book up pretty fast. She’s just one person taking nail care and nail art to the next level than what most are used to at regular nail salons/spas. Even my teenage son has seen Paula for an ingrown nail due to sports and not properly addressing the issue. After a few quick Sport Pedicures, his ingrown nail was healed without having to see a podiatrist and have it removed. My son is now well educated on proper nail care (Paula made sure to teach him proper nail trimming techniques). He hasn’t had another ingrown toe nail since. If I could give Paula, at Posh Tips and Toes, more stars I would. I was connected with Paula after being told by my doctor to avoid box nail salons due to being prone to nail fungus (apparently the fungus can spread via pedicure tubs). I can honestly say that Paula is hands down the best thing you could do for your nails. She gives you the beautiful art work and gel polish you want without sacrificing the health of your nails. She explains any pros and cons of what you are asking for so you can make an educated decision. Now let’s talk about the artwork and creativity. I have never been disappointed in the artwork. I generally give her a theme or a mix of colors and let her do her thing. SHE IS THE BEST!

Critical: ProfessionalismInitially I was glad to find Paula, I liked that she cared about the health of the nail, the office is pretty and clean and as a artist she does do a good job. As with many artists, it is believed that they are at no fault, and the customer is at their mercy. I was a loyal, easy going and good tipping client. I believe, mistakes happen to all of us, as a professional business you would assume, that things where made right. I understand that due to COVID things are not as easy. However, if your client needs a repair, and not to the clients fault, you would assume, that, as Paula guarantees her work, a 30min window could be made possible to fix the 2 nails that came off due to the Gel running into the sides, and much filing was done. As I said, mistakes happen, and I am easy going. I was told, that no availability for such was given until my appointment. (in 12 days!!!) I told her, OK, I understand, so I would shorten the other nails, and go find a matching polish to tie myself over. Her response? I won’t have time to sculpt the length at that appointment. So here I am, with 2 broken Nails, which for some might not be that big of a deal, but I work in a Office environment and that just looks bad. Not only that, I told her I have a interview! With all this being said, I had not choice but to go elsewhere and just had them redone, NOT by my choice! I text Paula 2 days later, trying to lighten up the situation, saying, hey, I had not choice, I went and my nails done elsewhere, as I could not wait and as she could not sculpt them, I was left out in the cold. I had several appointments scheduled You can imagine the response! She won’t touch others work, because she can’t guarantee that her products will stay,,,, back up for a little,,,, she does not even guarantee her own work,,, The next available appointment to redo a whole Set is the END OF January! Paula has been know to “fire” clients, when things don’t go her way. So, a word of caution, you better not have any repairs needing, even when it is HER faulty work!
