I went to Posh Petals after years with an expensive yet ineffective dermatologist. Going here was my last ditch effort for better skin & I am forever grateful for Dana!! I was a customer for about 6 months. Nice woman, clean facility and great service. My problem came one day i tested positive for covid. I thought i was doing the right thing by reaching out and cancelling the appointment. I received a reply from the owner saying that i would be charged the full amount because it was a last minute cancellation and “covid was not excluded”. I was literally lost for words. What if i would have just showed up? The owner, staff, and other clients would have all been at risk. She never even offered me the opportunity to reschedule after i tested negative. Business policies seem outdated and not in touch with current threats to public safety.

She educated all of us on skin conditions (no one actually had acne) and preventive measures. The space is beautiful and relaxing and her service was excellent.
