Found this place by reading a review from a different spa! They did not disappoint! Vicky was professional, friendly, funny and patient. She really took her time on my nails and did EXACTLY what I asked for. She also did a great job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be a regular here. Appointments might be best if you are in a crunch. I got there at 10 and didn’t start until 10:30. Still worth the wait!

They did my nails well and they paid a lot of attention. i bumped my nail and wasn’t going to say anything but they noticed and fixed it. However the process was confusing. There were several misunderstandings on both mine and the nail techs parts. You should be prepared to pay something you weren’t expecting or to stand strong on what you want and reiterate it.

I have been a customer since it was mega nails (customer since 2015). After my treatment today I will never return. If anyone ask me I will explain that “the level of customer seems is sub par. Every time I go (even with appointments) I’m left to wait. When ever I try to get answers as to the wait time or explaining why I’m not waiting another few minutes ; they begin to act as if they don’t speak English. Today the man with the make up and the older lady at the front desk ignored me after I waited 45 minutes. They Ignored my daughter and acted as if they didn’t understand her either after I walked out. Yet, there was no communication barrier while taking her money for her manicure. I think they expected me to be serviced after her while I said initially we wanted to be seen at same time. If they said they couldn’t I would have come back another time. Someone set up as if they were going to see me at the same time. The woman left me to do a pedicure and ignored me. I’m sick of the lack of customer service. I will not go back. If you expect any level of quality customer service , do not go to posh nails. Bella is the best they have since Tiffany left.

I’m very disappointed in my LAST experience with this location. I have been coming to this salon for years and will be looking for a new salon after my mom and I experience last Saturday. We came in for a kids mani/pedi, 2 gel full sets and 2 deluxe pedi’s. My moms tech briefly soaked her feet and then went to the back area for over 20 mins. She then came back over and did not continue the deluxe service but just attempted to put polish on her toes. My mom stopped her and ask are you going to actually finish doing the rest of the service included in the deluxe pedi, she tried to ignore her and finish painting. I stopped her and asked could she actually do the scrub and callus removal included. She argued in her language with another tech and seemed genuinely disgusted that we corrected her. It was to the point where I just asked could we get a new tech to just finish the pedi for my mom. My mom ended up just saying forget it and just getting her full set. She asked to speak with the manager and he never came over. When we got to the front they tried to charge her the full price of the deluxe pedicure. We again asked for the manager and explained what happened. He began to argue with us, saying we have to pay for supplies used. After showing him that they had not polished or cleaned her feet good at all..he said she needed to pay $15 and said “it’s not that serious”. He was EXTREMELY rude and never apologized or tried to make right of the situation. It’s not like we were trying to escape paying for our services. My tab alone was $130! It’s now 5 days out and my gel on my toes is chipping and my gel nail tips are lifting! I am no longer going to support companies that treat their customer the way they did and do piss poor nail care. They lost several customers that day including those in the salon that witness what was going on and walked out. Reading all the other reviews and not seeing any attempt from management to address the concerns of their client speaks for itself! They do not care because we continue to support them but that stops now. I will continue to let ANYONE/EVERYONE know of my experience in hopes that maybe if business slows down then they will start to appreciate ALL of their customers going forward!

I have been going to Posh off and on for years. This last time (and my final time) going, I didn’t get a warm welcome as I usually do. I was looking to get pedicures for myself, my daughter and my niece who’s in town visiting. I inquired about the prices of all of us and he stated that my daughter (who is 13) was a set price (30 dollars) because of her height! HER HEIGHT! I had never heard of such foolishness. I asked to show me where there is a height requirement for pedicure amounts. I’ve been getting my feet done for years and have never heard of this! He refused to show me where there was a set price. Told me ‘no, that’s just the rules’ with a chuckle. Since he refused to provide me with something that made sense, I took my business about 10 minutes down the road from Posh and that shop now has a new customer. It was a blessing in disguise because the new place was awesome and the staff was very welcoming! Posh missed out on close to 200 dollars, thanks to the owner.

I had used this service many times and never had any problems. But then on 8/12/22 I had a hot oil pedicure and a gel manicure that seemed to go well. The staff was pleasant, efficient and I thought all was well. The next day the polish on one of my nails bubbled up and started to peel I went back to have it repaired and you would have thought that I was asking for something for free. Less than 24 hours had passed when I had paid for over 100.00 in services and an additional 20% in tip! Yet I was asked to wait an hour to re polish one single nail with gel polish!

Came here with my daughter and mother in law! Service was great from start to finish. We had a 3pm appt on Sunday and were seated for pedicures by 2:50pm. We all had pedicures and my daughter got acrylic for her nails. The parrifin treatment was new and something we had never heard of when getting pedicures. We all loved the special attention and care done with our pedicures. The environment was nice and staff was friendly. I gave 4 stars because 2 of the pedicure staff people were whispering and laughing during our pedicures which made us feel slightly uneasy even if they are talking about something completely different. I suggest to save the side chat for when you are not working on your customers or at least do it in a manner that does not look shady or as if you are being disrespectful to your clients. I hope to return soon for more services such as massages and eyebrows.
