Very disappointed. I came to get my eyebrows done (as usual) at 4:35 and when I walked in they said there were closed and to come back tomorrow. From the hours listed on the door it says they are open until 5pm on sundays. I understand that it maybe slow on Sunday but this is ridiculous and the store does not indicate that they close earlier then 5pm. I drove across town to get this done on my off day.

Very expensive now for what they offer, I was getting my nails done and the tech saw someone else come in and immediately started rushing my set so they could start the other persons set even though I had an appointment schedule. They rush through the pedicures even if you’re paying for the deluxe package. Very unfortunate.Used to be a good nail salon but they’re just in it for the money and don’t care about the customer’s satisfaction

Usually they are my go to nail shop if u catch them at the right time ….long story short I ask for yellow cheetah print idk wat I design she can up with ( as you can see in the pic below)….. then when I told her I didn’t lik it she all of a sudden didn’t speak any English smh ♀️ and had another Tech who told me to com back the next day at 5pm if I want them her to fix them I was really disappointed in the customer service I received completely I usually spend at least $150 ever visit plus a tip after all of this to protect my own peace I literally went home and fix my own nails …..I refuse to be missed treated when I’m spending my coins

Love this salon. If you like different shaped acrylics posh is the is the Place and Michael is the man. I have had these for 3 weeks already still going strong. Need a fill but I love that he shaped them all uniformly and if you like extra care, special treatment and beauty options this is also the place. Very Classy UPDATE ALSO LOVE LOVE LOVE JENNY SHE BEDAZZLES AND BEJEWELS MY NAILS SHE IS SUCH AN ARTIST AND MY POWDER ACRYLIC NAILS LAST SO LONG WITH THEM I HAD ONE FILL BUT NAILS LASTED A LITTLE OVER 3 MONTHS. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened, but today was my last day giving them my hard earned money. I payed $70 for A pedicure and eyebrows and wasn’t satisfied. The last few times I’ve been going here they service has been trash. They hire new people and the new people are practicing on you. If you notice they do not keep employees long. My pedicure looks a mess and my eyebrows look worse. I have spent thousands at this place since they opened and I will never spend another penny. I’m taking my money elsewhere. Don’t let any of those new employees do anything for you.
