First time going there for a full set of nails. After 2 hours I had to tell the girl what to do. I was scheduled for a pedicure also. That didn’t happen. The girl told me she usually takes 3 hours for a set. My nails look terrible. They are uneven, thick, acrylic under my nails, the tips are not painted and she cut the tip of my finger. The service reminded me of a cosmetology school with salon prices.

I went to this salon because my hair was destroyed by a salon called D’Hair. A stylist named Joey brought me in and looked at my hair and helped me find a solution. I could no be happier with the service I received from him. Not only did he do an amazing job on my extensions but he also offered to go all the way across town on his own time and help me pick out hair extensions. If you want amazing customer service with incredible results I highly recommend Joey Volpe! He’s an amazing hair stylist and truly cares about his clients!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad a first appointment with Brando this morning. I arrived early for my appointment. After waiting for 10 minutes after my appointment time, the front desk told me he wouldn’t be in for at least another 10. Since I have a busy day, I asked if someone else could give me a haircut, But they couldn’t. after a trite apology from the front desk, I left. What a waste of time. I left very disappointed. I like this salon. It is clean and staff is welcoming. My favorite stylist, Jen Parelli, has a quiet room in which she works her magic. I rate the salon at 4 because there are fine salons throughout the city. I’ll go where Jen is unless she moves to another part of town, like 30 minutes away.

I needed a good haircut and style. After reading reviews I decided on booking with Quint. He was available on a Sunday and took me as a walk in. He took his time with me ,listened and gave his professional advice. He was right. My hair looks great. Quint did a great job. I will stick with him for sure. Price was comparable to other shops.
