It was a bit hard to find at first but once i entered the staff was very nice. Hung up our coats and showed us to our room. Both ladies were nice and took good care of us. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to unwind.

I started coming to this day spa about a month ago and I love it!! The staff is extremely friendly and the owner Dimi is very hands on with customers. I’ve had 4 treatments of laser lipo so far and I’ve began to see results and feel better. I’ve already paid for my next 4 because I’ve noticed other customers get great results after 8, so that’s what I’m hoping for too. Can’t wait to see even better results than I already have now and try other services!!

We went to do a “60 minute” Couples massage and for the most part our experience was great. The place is clean, and it looks very inviting. However, ONLY one side of our bodies were massaged. Weird right? We get massages often so we were very disappointed to only get one side of our bodies done. Plus, the usage of the oil was “slim”. Our bodies were dry as we just took showers before our massage. On the forms they asked for you to circle focus areas, we circled the front and backs of our bodies. We only got the back worked on. Maybe it was because we added an aromatherapy mist which had us face down. But the mist only last for a short period of time, if guessing maybe ten minutes not the whole massage. Nevertheless, I would recommend them but definitely ask them to explain the process so you won’t be disappointed. Overall the parts that were massaged felt great.

My experience with Crescent Day Spa has been so awesome. The staff is so professional and prompt. My first initial visit I was made to feel so comfortable. I was looking forward to my next visit. I have been trying to recruit new clients so that they can share this experience with me. LOVE IT!!

First time at this Spa was about a month ago and it has been a good experience so far… got 2 package deals which were priced just right for my budget. I wanted to jump start my weight loss and body sculpting process and I am seeing results! The staff is Great at making you feel right at home and taking care of their clients .

Had the couple’s massage and facial. The ladies did a great job paying attention to he areas that we asked and were friendly. Dimi was great to get us squeezed into an appt slot because I waited so long to call and make the appt as the Groupon expired 3/31 and I didn’t call until first week of March 🙁 Great way to spend some time with the hubs and unwind from the week. We would return!

I had to contact Groupon to request a refund for an $89 Groupon that I purchased for Crescent Day Spa and they refused to do so. This small business owner should not allowed to advertise on Groupon or anywhere else for that matter! This day spa owner really has horrible customer service skills that are a disservice to any paying customer! I purchased this Groupon on Dec. 31, 2018, and made my first attempt to schedule an appointment on Jan. 2, 2019. After not receiving a call back I called again on Jan. 3rd. I finally received a call back on Jan 4th that I missed but returned the call within the hour and left another message. After not receiving a call back, I called again on Sunday Jan. 6th and left a detailed message regarding the number of calls and messages I’ve left without receiving a call back. Shortly thereafter, that day I received a text message with a link saying I should schedule my appointment online. After going online to schedule an appointment on the website there was no availability until almost mid February. I purchased this Groupon as my birthday pampering gift which is in Jan. I text this owner back regarding her lack of availability and asked for a refund, and she said I had to contact Groupon for a refund. Groupon is unwilling to refund my money even though I NEVER received the services or redeemed the Groupon. This business owner is continuing to advertise on Groupon with several different deals advertised, and she doesn’t answer the phone, return phone calls or have any availability for 3 – 4 weeks out (OVER BOOKED AND UNDERSTAFFED)!

The staff at crescent day spa were very professional, and informative ! Even though when I first pulled up it was hard to locate once I was inside I was surprised & delighted . It was warm and smelled great . The massage was great and the staff was amazing!! Its close by my house and I’ll be a life long member from now on!! Thanks guys

Whatever you do…DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE!!!! My husband bought a Groupon for this place on mother’s day as a gift for me and ever since that following Monday i have called and called and called and I can never get an answer. I contacted Groupon to complain and see about a refund which I couldn’t not get. Groupon contacted them to see what was going on. A few days later someone from the spa contacted me via email and Demi asked what time would I like to make an appointment for. I gave her a time, she then responded with we only do massages on certain days. I replied with another day that they did what my husband and I paid for through Groupon. After a few more days without a reply today i get an email from demi saying that she was out of the office and the day I wanted was booked and she would contact me on Thursday which was the day I requested. I regret that my husband bought this Groupon for this place. They are terrible I will keep calling Groupon complaining until I either get my money back or receive the service my husband and I paid for. After online chatting with a Groupon rep tonight they agreed to trade in this worthless Groupon to this useless spa for anything else we choose for equal or lesser value. I’m so satisfied with GROUPON for helping us out with a trade in! But i DON’T recommend this place at all.
