To simply sum up PCB would be to say anywhere else you’ll go for a mens cut would be a missed opportunity, by you. I have gone to different stylists on Newbury in Boston, NY and others here in Portsmouth. I’m not exaggerating when say I could tell I had the bet cut of my life before he had even finished. The difference between Patrick (aka Brass) and other barbers is how much he cares – this is a craft for him, not just another cut, and it shows. I will not go anywhere else for cuts as long as its in my control!
