Won’t go back unless we’re desperate, walmart’s salon is 10x better, they respond when you communicate to let them know the style your kid is looking for, this lady didn’t respond, ghosted me in conversation, didn’t let me know they don’t wash hair anymore when I mentioned a wash. I thought maybe she was shy, nope, as soon as I sat down she was chatting it up with her co-workers, she did not talk to my daughter, who is under 12 and felt very uncomfortable, she got poked in the eye with a clip and miss short dark, stacked hair didn’t notice. The 1 star is for the hair cut being even, though the layers we asked for were not put in. Previously we had good experiences here.

Won’t be coming back. I often have to asked for a buzz cut because some of the hairdressers at this salon can’t cut hair evenly to be trusted with anything more complicated than an all over buzz cut. I’m tired of the sloppy workmanship.

We found Jordan about three years ago when looking for a stylist who understood and could work with thick wavy and curly hair. What a true GEM she is. She now cuts my hair, both of my daughters’ and my mother’s. Not only does she have a wonderful style sense, she is knowledgeable, friendly and truly cares that she gets it right.
