Positive: Professionalism, QualityPretty good! There’s no music and it’s quiet which for me is very very relaxing. The guy who did my nails was very gentle and took the time to do everything correctly. Didn’t have *all* the colors I wanted but had some that were close. Overall very pleased. I would’ve liked to have known there would’ve been a $5 up charge for the extra colors. But other than that I can’t really complain! Pretty good! There’s no music and it’s quiet which for me is very very relaxing. The guy who did my nails was very gentle and took the time to do everything correctly. Didn’t have *all* the colors I wanted but had some that were close. Overall very pleased. I would’ve liked to have known there would’ve been a $5 up charge for the extra colors. Went in to get a soak off and a overlay on my natural nails. And I told her exactly that. I sit down, she started to use a nail tip to remove the acrylics. Whiched caused pain and tearing of my natural nail which was now shorter than what I wanted a overlay on. So I left And went to Top Nails. Ended up getting acrylics again because she pulled and ripped my natural nail.

My manicure is great and the owner is the one who did it. I am happy with it and I get a lot of compliments. My feet also look great. My only complaint is that I thought spa pedicures included a short leg and foot massage and there was not one. I pay for the spa pedicure because I need the massage. So, I guess I’ll just get a regular pedicure from now on.

You better look like you have a bunch of money!!! I Went in to flash my $200 I was going to sing on my nails and I watch with my own eyes the lady say that she didn’t do eyebrows until a certain time but that’s a lie because I just seen another customer get her eyebrows done and she was dressed a little cuter this other lady she was in her work uniform from Trad. I would not recommend the snail salon to anyone unless you have a pocket full of money and look that way last time I checked discrimination is illegal in the United States and this is not over

I went for a polish change and I did have 2 toes with a small chip of gel left that required some filing. I went for a polish change and I did have 2 toes with a small chip of gel left that required some filing. I expected a polish to be not more than $10 and they charged me 20 dollars because he “had to take off the gel”. On top of that the polish job was extremely poor and looks as if no time or effort was put into it.

I’ve been to this salon twice now. The first time I had an okay-great experience. The customer service was pretty horrible but the quality versus price was not bad at all. I didn’t have to wait at all first time because the lady in front of me with four girls/children was refused service (assuming children are more difficult to provide salon service too, not really sure though.) She didn’t argue & simply left the salon. That wasn’t the best first impression of this place but I carried on. The pedicure I received was outstanding for $30.00, the acrylic set was decent for $30.00. I was happy with my visit. Now for the second rodeo with these people, I decided to go back to them acknowledging my previous rate to quality was admirable. I walk in & no one says anything to me, whatever, I sign in, sit down, wait an hour and a half before someone makes it to me to ask what I want done. The older man gets started on my nails & asked me what I want done.. I showed him a picture & asked for an estimate. He tells me $45.00 but me being a SAHM feeling guilty for already leaving my children with their grandmother to get my nails done (the 1-2 times I do annually) would rather pay less for something close to comparable. (First time I was charged $30.00 for full set & wanted same exact style which he estimated $45.00 for.) I say no & choose something he considers $30.00 zone. He then asks what color for my toes & I show him, he says “Tat too expensive fo youuu, you can’t afford tatt. It forty figh dolla” Excuse me?!? Such a rude & belittling response for someone who pursues services for people like me to make money. I’m not in high school using my bottom barrel change to get my nails done, I am a stay at home mom who would love a day or maybe even two out of the year to pamper herself with out feeling guilty for spending money on nails & pedicures because my children could always use something with that money!!! I’m not judgmental or a bigot but these people are just straight up rude, hateful & take five hours to do an acrylic set plus “BASIC” pedicure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never be back. ✌

My mom and I came in today to get our toes done, they were so good to us!!! My mom owns a bee farm and Rose was SO excited to talk about the bees with mom. She also talked to me about college. My toes and feet felt and looked SO much better.

We got right in but she cut my nails so short without asking and there very uneven I let them completely dry before I left. 30 minutes into leaving every nail started to chip off paint. Very unsatisfied!
